Q. How do I get my gift card or voucher?

A.  As soon as you make a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. If the product is being mailed you will receive it within 14 days of purchase. If the product is digital you will receive a download link. and you’ll be able to download your voucher immediately and we will email your deal as soon as your credit card clears our system. Can’t find it? Check your junk mail.

Q. When may I redeem my gift card/voucher?

A.  The fine print of every items states when a gift card/voucher is available for use. The fine print is on each item online, as well as on your printed voucher if the item is digital.

Q. Do you mail items?

A.  Yes. Certain items are mailed after purchase. We will detail the method of delivery in the product description. If delivering electronically, the voucher will let you know how to redeem it.

Q. Can I give an offer as a gift?

A.  Once you purchase an offer, it’s yours to use however you’d like. Just make sure you follow the fine print on your offer. And, consider throwing in a nice card too.

Q. How long do I have to decide if I want this deal?

A.  You need to grab them fast.  Some deals have limited quantities and all deals are on a clock.  Once they are gone they are gone, so get them while you can.

Q. Where do I take my voucher to redeem?

A.  If you received your gift card or certificate via mail, just take it to the redemtion location to use. If you received a voucher via email, wait to receive and use the QR code on your deal to redeem at the vendor location. A few of our deals have to be redeemed at the local Alpha Media radio stations.  Just look at the fine print section and we will let you know if there is a certificate that must be redeemed at the Alpha Media radio station.

Q. What if I take my gift card or voucher to the business and they will not honor it?

A.  That should not happen, however if it does please let us know ASAP.  A local deal technician will personally handle your issue directly with the advertiser and we will find a solution.  Make sure that you don’t attempt to redeem your voucher until at least the date that the voucher states it is first valid.

Q. Do I have to tip?

A.  Yes.  Remember, these businesses are offering you a huge discount for the chance to earn a new customer.  Gratuity is never included, and if you feel you received quality service, show them the generosity of the Real Deals fan and leave a nice tip.  Believe it or not, that will help us secure even bigger offers in the future.
